My Mum & I was outside shopping at NTUC. When I came home, I sniffed and told my Mum that someone was making syrup for candy floss. When we opened the door. I was shocked.
Flames of fire was burning up my kitchen. My Mum tried to put out the fire while I ran upstairs to my parents' bedroom and yelled for my Dad.
My Grandma and I went ouside of my house and asked the neighbours to call for the fire-engine. then my Mum came out and said it was not necessary.
For an hour I was speechless as I was recovering from my shock. We also found out the reason of the fire, apparently, someone cooked sugar syrup and forgot to turnoff the fire and went out.
What a horrible nightmare!!!
