This is my second plate of chocolate chip cookies for Snoopy Fan, Jan. I mean this is the second book I have finished in 2 weeks’ time after the first book I have read, Death on the Nile.

A young, rich and beautiful woman Linnet Ridgeway and her husband has been stalked by Linnet’s best friend, Jackie.
Why? Jackie’s ex-boyfriend, Simon, is Linnet’s husband. U know what that means?
Linnet has stolen Jackie’s man.

This stalking business has been annoying Linnet and she seeks help from Mr. Hercule Poirot, a famous detective on vacation. When the stalking ceases to annoy Linnet, a drunk Jackie shot Simon’s leg, The next thing we know is that Linnet was dead. Murdered.

But how could Jackie kill Linnet when she was in a shock and accompanied by someone’s nurse? Who stole the expensive pearl necklance Linnet has been showing off? Suddenly, there are many secrets among the suspects.

Can Mr. Poirot solve the mystery? You just have to read the book.
